All enquiries are responded to Wednesday afternoon. Please understand we have a high volume of wedding bookings at this time, one enquiry form is enough to get the process started.

Conditions

Secure your Wedding Date

• All bookings are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• A 25% (approx.) non-refundable deposit must be applied to a valid credit card, that amount will then be taken off final payment.

• Prices are subject to change as styling needs change and/or additional services are added.

Cancellation Policy

• If contract is cancelled 30 days or less prior to wedding date booked, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged on top of lost deposit to the credit card number provided in this contract.

• If contract is cancelled 7 days or less prior to wedding date booked, 100% of the remaining balance will be charged on top of the lost deposit to the credit card number provided in this contract.

• To cancel your wedding, this must be in written form of an email. You can call the salon and talk with a stylist during business hours, a message on answering machine will not be valid. A cancellation must be confirmed in writing otherwise your credit card will be charged.
